Building with Integrity

Oak Construction Projects to Deliver 62 New Homes in First Phase of Stopford Park Development

Oak Construction Projects are delighted to be working with Cityheart to deliver the 62-home first phase of its 442-apartment development at Greek Street and Wellington Road in Stockport town centre.

Construction work will begin this month on Bosden, the first of Stopford Park’s three residential buildings. Bosden will provide 62 one- and two-bedroom homes for sale, with a contract value of around £10m.

Bosden is set to be a six-storey ‘gateway’ new-build, while the Torkington will be a conversion of a former Stockport College building. Lyme, the final building, replaces a 60,000 sq. ft structure of the same name.

The three-acre project is being delivered by Cityheart, the developer behind Stockport’s Interchange development.

Oak Construction Projects are excited to begin work on the Bosden building and contribute to the revitalization of Stockport town centre. This is a significant project for Oak Construction, and we are committed to delivering high-quality homes that will make a lasting impact on the community. We look forward to working closely with Cityheart to bring this vision to life.
